The is a view of the Lautering vessel.
This is a picture of the Kettle (left) grain mill (right). Notice the belts coming down from the top of the picture. The entire brewery is run from the overhead shafting driving the cloth belts.
On the top floor of the Brewery the cool ship is located where the boiling wort is pumped, cooled and inoculated by the local micro-flora.
.On the right of the picture kind of hard to see is a bale of East Kent Goldings that I found while exploring the Brewery.
One of the upper floors that is completely filled with kegs full of maturing and fermenting Lambic.
