This picture and the next 5 are pictures of my system while mashing. The Hot Liquor Tank is heated by a 4500 watt heating element controlled by a
PID set up for on/off comtrol. The Mash Tun is controlled by a $69 OMEGA CN4000 Series temperature/process controller

Then next 3 pictures are after the boil. The kettle is connected to my counterflow chiller.For chilling the garbage can is filled with crushed ice,
a sump pump and a small amount of water to get it started.
